What’s your return or exchange policy?
Because we’re a small, growing brand, all sales are currently final. We’re working hard to keep our quality high and prices fair, and for now, that means we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges. Thank you so much for your understanding and support.
What if I need to change my address or size?
Please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@shopinicio.com or through our contact page. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once an item is marked as shipped, we can no longer make changes.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If something arrives damaged or not quite right, we’ll make it right. Send us an email at support@shopinicio.com or message us through the contact page within 2 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). Once received, we’ll review and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
What if something’s missing from my order?
If something’s missing, email us within 2 days of delivery. If the item is in stock, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost. If it’s sold out, we’ll issue a refund for the missing item.
What if my order says delivered, but I never got it?
Once an order is marked as delivered, it’s unfortunately out of our hands. We recommend checking with neighbors or household members, confirming the shipping address, and contacting your local postal carrier. We’re unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages, but we’ll always do what we can to help.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at support@shopinicio.com. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it. Once an order is packed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Where do I enter my promo code?
You can enter promo codes at checkout. If it’s not working, email us and we’ll help you out.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States, but we’re working on expanding soon.
I emailed customer service. When should I expect a response?
We aim to respond within 48 hours. During launches or holidays, please allow for a little extra time.

When will my order arrive?
Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours, unless noted otherwise on the product page. Domestic delivery takes 3–5 business days from the ship date.
How will I get my tracking info?
You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder and move us to your main inbox so you don’t miss updates.
